Overview
Caitlin Lee is an associate in the firm's Social Impact Group in Toronto. She maintains a practice devoted to charities and not-for-profit law and assists clients with a wide array of matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, registration, gift agreements, and incorporation.
Caitlin started her legal career at a boutique law firm as a first-year summer student and worked at a personal injury law firm during law school. These work opportunities enabled her to develop research and drafting skills with a client-focused approach in multiple areas of law prior to joining Miller Thomson LLP as a second-year summer student, articling student and associate. Caitlin received her Juris Doctor from University of Toronto in 2021 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022.
Prior to attending law school, she graduated summa cum laude from York University with a specialized honours degree in Kinesiology. She was a member of York’s women’s varsity hockey team and achieved Academic All Canadian standing each year.
