Rosemarie Sarrazin is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her practice covers all aspects of civil and commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy and insolvency matters for clients from a variety of industries and sectors.

She has been involved in cases before all levels of Quebec courts, as well as before the Supreme Court, and has assisted clients in both local and international arbitration proceedings. Rosemarie has also acquired significant experience in injunction and safeguard proceedings, particularly in the commercial real estate field, and has developed strong advocacy skills through her involvement in several lengthy trials. In restructuring and insolvency matters, she has represented debtors, trustees, monitors, receivers, creditors and lenders in various CCAA and BIA proceedings.

She obtained her law degree from the University of Montreal in 2017. In order to further develop her expertise, she is currently completing a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Business Law at the same university.
