Overview
Safie Diallo practises primarily in real estate and commercial leasing.
Before joining Miller Thomson, Safie practised commercial and real estate litigation at a major regional firm. She pleaded before the Court of Québec and the Superior Court and obtained the first Quebec judgment on the sale of a private fraction of a divided co-ownership.
As a litigation lawyer, Safie analyzed a high volume of legal and technical documents, drafted pleadings and legal opinions and pleaded before various judicial bodies. These experiences have taught Safie to work under pressure and helped her develop a keen sense of organization allowing her to meet even the tightest deadlines.
Safie has given trainings and lectures on co-ownership law and diversity and inclusion to various student associations.
