Madeleine Dusseault maintains a broad commercial litigation practice, and achieves positive and cost-effective results for her clients in a range of practice areas. Madeleine regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Her areas of expertise include commercial contract disputes, fraud claims, debt recovery, real estate litigation, shareholder disputes, defamation and professional liability. She also has considerable experience with prosecuting and defending matters involving injunctive relief.

Madeleine summered and articled at Miller Thomson, and joined the firm as an associate after the completion of her articles in 2019. During her time at law school, Madeleine worked with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association as a Donner Civic Leadership Fund Fellow, and volunteered at the Toronto Small Claims Court as a student clerk.
