Polly joined Miller Thomson LLP in 2022 and is a Corporate Paralegal with the firm. Polly assists in all aspects of corporate transactions including incorporations, extraprovincial registrations, BC societies registrations, continuations, share transactions, amalgamations, amendments, dissolutions, dividend transactions, name changes, minute book reviews and other general corporate matters.
