As part of the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Fall Conference, Reema Mahbubani will participate in the « Closing Plenary: The Great Debates » session on October 21. Reema will advance support for fine tuning section 45 of the Competition Act to include an environmental defence for collaborations between competitors on green initiatives.
